Dubformer Inc is a US based Company operating worldwide. 

We process personal data for the following purposes:

  • ensure the optimal operativity of our websites, following our legitimate interests to do so in order to optimize your user experience of our websites and within the limits of the applicable legislation;

  • improve the service, particularly, by training AI models. When doing so, Dubformer Inc relies on the necessity of the processing of personal data for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by Dubformer Inc. The relevant legitimate interests of Dubformer Inc consist of business development and Service quality improvement for the benefit of users.

  • negotiate, communicate and conclude a contract with our (prospective) customers and fulfill its contractual obligations towards them;

  • answer requests of customers and data subject in general and provide them with information, following either the existing contractual obligations with those customers or Dubformer Inc legitimate interests to provide the information requested;

We reserve the right to transfer information to a third party in the event of a sale, merger or other transfer of all or substantially all of the assets of Dubformer Inc or any of its Affiliates or in the event that we discontinue our business or file a petition or have filed against us a petition in bankruptcy, reorganization or similar proceeding, provided that the third party agrees to adhere to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

(The data subject can ask Dubformer Inc to correct inaccurate personal data concerning him or her. If it complies with the purposes of the processing, the data subject can ask Dubformer Inc to complete incomplete personal data.)

3. The right of erasure (‘right to be forgotten’);
You can ask Dubformer Inc to erase your personal data under applicable law. For example, this applies if (1) the personal data are no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which they were processed; (2) the data subject withdraws consent to the processing and there is no other legal ground for the processing; (3) the personal data have been unlawfully processed.)

You can ask Dubformer Inc to mark the stored personal data with the aim to limit their processing in the future under applicable law. You can object, on grounds relating to your particular situation, at any time to processing of your personal data which is based on the legitimate interests pursued by Dubformer Inc or by a third party. Dubformer Inc does not sell the personal information we collect. Dubformer Inc only shares your personal information as described in this Privacy Policy.

California consumers may make a request pursuant to their rights under the CCPA by sending a request to the contact mentioned in Section 1 of this Policy. Upon receiving a request, we will verify your request using the information associated with our service, including your email address. Consumers can also designate an authorized agent to exercise these rights on the consumer’s behalf.

Some browsers have a do not track feature. At this time we do not respond to browsers’ do not track signals but we will only track your online activities if you consent to it via the cookie banner.

Dubformer Inc informs Users from EEA that our Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. If a parent or any other authorized person becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with personal data without his/her consent, he or she should promptly contact Dubformer Inc and we take reasonable steps to ensure that such personal data is deleted from Service.
